Legal
Terms
Terms for the public NEIMS website and Vital Deploy public/prelaunch services.
Effective date: June 28, 2026
These Terms govern public websites, public forms, launch-interest workflows, and prelaunch communications operated by New England Institute of Medicine and Science LLC, including the Vital Deploy program ("NEIMS," "Vital Deploy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the public websites or submitting a public form, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms are designed to support a simple, consistent operating framework for NEIMS and Vital Deploy. Paid services, agency deployments, production Vital Deploy workspaces, regulated education records, integrations, data processing terms, business associate terms, order forms, or other signed agreements may have additional or different terms.
Public Site and Launch-Stage Information
Public site information is provided for general institutional, educational, product, and launch-planning purposes. NEIMS and Vital Deploy are being developed, and public site content may change as programs, services, course catalogs, platform capabilities, pricing, agency partnerships, integrations, accreditation plans, approval processes, and legal requirements mature.
We try to keep public information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every public page is complete, current, or error-free at all times.
EMS Education, Accreditation, and Certificates
NEIMS is preparing EMS continuing education around documented educational need, measurable objectives, faculty and medical review, learner evaluation, certificate verification, and record readiness. NEIMS plans to apply for CAPCE accreditation before public EMS course launch.
Course approval, credit, accreditation, instructor, medical-review, certificate, and eligibility details are course-specific. Those details will be shown on course pages, registration materials, learner records, and issued certificates where applicable.
Certificate verification features, when available, are intended to support verification of certificates issued through NEIMS or Vital Deploy. Verification results do not replace the official record maintained by the issuing organization and may be subject to correction, suspension, revocation, technical availability, or course-specific limitations.
Vital Deploy
Vital Deploy is the workforce-readiness and operations platform from NEIMS. Public descriptions of Vital Deploy are for launch planning, agency evaluation, and product information. They are not a promise that every described feature is available, suitable, or included for every organization.
Production use of Vital Deploy by an agency, institution, vendor, instructor, coordinator, or other customer may require a separate written agreement, subscription terms, security review, data processing terms, business associate terms where applicable, implementation plan, and role-based access controls.
No Emergency, Medical, Legal, or Operational Advice
Public NEIMS and Vital Deploy websites, forms, updates, and launch materials are not emergency reporting systems, dispatch systems, medical-command systems, patient-care systems, clinical documentation systems, legal advice, or substitutes for professional judgment, agency policy, medical direction, protocols, training standards, or emergency instructions.
Do not submit emergency requests through public forms. If there is an emergency, call 911 or use the appropriate emergency reporting system for your location.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the public websites and forms lawfully and responsibly. You agree not to:
- Submit protected health information, patient information, protected student records, sensitive personnel records, emergency requests, payment card information, Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or other sensitive information through public forms.
- Submit false, misleading, unauthorized, infringing, abusive, harmful, or unlawful content.
- Interfere with website security, rate limits, form validation, email systems, analytics, databases, or hosting infrastructure.
- Attempt unauthorized access to nonpublic systems, source code, databases, accounts, records, or administrative functions.
- Use automated scraping, probing, vulnerability testing, or high-volume requests except with prior written permission.
- Use NEIMS or Vital Deploy names, logos, seals, certificates, verification pages, or materials in a misleading or unauthorized way.
We may reject, delete, or decline to respond to public-form submissions that appear unlawful, abusive, irrelevant, unsafe, duplicative, automated, or inconsistent with these Terms.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Paid Services
Public sites do not create a right to access paid services, courses, subscriptions, customer workspaces, integrations, or agency deployments. Future paid services may require registration, identity verification, role assignment, payment terms, order forms, subscription terms, acceptable-use rules, support terms, security terms, and customer-specific agreements.
If a signed agreement or order form conflicts with these public Terms, the signed agreement or order form controls for the covered service.
Intellectual Property
The public websites, text, designs, logos, seals, marks, course concepts, certificates, platform descriptions, workflows, graphics, and other materials are owned by NEIMS, Vital Deploy, licensors, or other rights holders. You may view public pages for ordinary informational and evaluation purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, frame, imply endorsement, or create derivative works from these materials without permission, except as allowed by law.
Do not use the NEIMS seal, Vital Deploy logo, certificate templates, verification displays, or similar materials in a way that suggests approval, accreditation, credentialing, employment status, course completion, agency authority, or affiliation that has not been granted.
Third-Party Services and Links
Public websites and forms may use or link to third-party services, including hosting, security, analytics, email delivery, domain, payment, scheduling, integration, weather, mapping, communications, marketplace, and professional-service providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, policies, statements, services, outages, or content that we do not control.
Feedback and Submissions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, feature requests, workflow ideas, or other non-confidential information, you allow NEIMS and Vital Deploy to use that information without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, patient, student, personnel, emergency, or sensitive information through public forms unless a separate written agreement allows it.
Disclaimers
The public websites, public forms, updates, launch materials, and prelaunch information are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEIMS and Vital Deploy disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEIMS, Vital Deploy, and their owners, employees, contractors, advisors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from public website use, public forms, updates, launch materials, third-party services, or inability to access the public websites.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not permit limitation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as NEIMS courses, Vital Deploy, certificate verification, public weather, community notifications, analytics, customer workspaces, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
